Salary Scale: £10,878 (£12,646.40 at age 21) - £15,475.20 per annum.
- Description:
This position will be based in our export sales office in Spilsby, covering both the J&A Garment Decoration (www.ja-int.co.uk) and NameBadges International (www.namebadgesinternational.co.uk) product ranges. You will work in a team of 6, along side 4 Customer Service Executives and an Artist. Your primary duty will be to process customers’ orders for badges, transfers and other garment decoration products but you will also be required to learn how to do simple artworks using Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop to provide cover for holidays, help with busy periods, etc. All orders will be translated meaning that languages are not essential, but you may be required to take overflow calls and assist the team generally so a basic understanding of French, German or another European language could be an advantage.
This position will involve learning the details of an extensive range of products, some of which are quite technical. You will need to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, as well as being very computer literate and happy to learn and follow an extensive range of internal procedures. Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m., Friday: 8.00 a.m. – 4.00 p.m.
