We currently have a requirement for a full-time permanent Customer Service Executive.  The successful applicant will work mainly by telephone and e-mail, providing support for customers with queries, and offering advice and guidance on our wide range of products, in a friendly but knowledgeable manner.  The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role with excellent keyboard skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems, and an efficient but friendly telephone manner.

Hours: 40 per week, Monday-Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm, Friday 8.00am-4.00pm.

We have an opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Executive with fluent written and spoken German, and an ability to absorb technical information, to join our Export Team based in Spilsby.

Specific duties will involve supporting our sales staff and customers in Germany with queries, speaking with customers on the telephone and corresponding by e-mail, advising on delivery dates and offering advice and guidance on our wide range of products in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.

The ideal candidate will have good IT skills and a working knowledge of computerised office and contact management systems.  As we are trading throughout the world, and also have a sales team in France, a working knowledge of other languages, particularly French, would be of interest, but not essential.
