Description:

We currently have a vacancy for a well organised, efficient person, to work in our busy Stores & Despatch department.  The successful applicant will be required to assist with unloading, booking in and checking deliveries; completing necessary paperwork and computerised procedures; working in a methodical manner to ensure that finished orders are ready for despatch at collection cut-off times, using a variety of computer systems to despatch orders off and prepare paperwork for couriers, postal services, etc.

This role requires great attention to detail, quality control and accuracy, and involves a regular amount of manual handling.  A fork lift licence would be of benefit but not essential.

Hours: 40 per week, Monday to Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-4pm.

We currently have a requirement for a permanent full-time Despatch Administrator. The successful applicant will work as part of a small team, and using computerised systems will be responsible for ensuring that goods are despatched efficiently. Excellent administration skills, accuracy and attention to detail will be essential, as well as an ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. Experience in a similar role would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.

Hours: 40 per week, Monday-Thursday 8.15am-5.15pm, Friday 8.15am-4.15pm.
