We have an opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Executive with fluent written and spoken German, and an ability to absorb technical information, to join our Export Team based in Spilsby.
Specific duties will involve supporting our sales staff and customers in Germany with queries, speaking with customers on the telephone and corresponding by e-mail, advising on delivery dates and offering advice and guidance on our wide range of products in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.
The ideal candidate will have good IT skills and a working knowledge of computerised office and contact management systems. As we are trading throughout the world, and also have a sales team in France, a working knowledge of other languages, particularly French, would be of interest, but not essential.
Hours: 40 per week, Monday-Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm, Friday 8.00am-4.00pm

We currently have a vacancy for an Accounts Assistant. The successful applicant will work as part of a small team and will ideally have experienece within an accounting environment. Primary responsibility will be for sales ledger for all divisions of the J&A Group. Main duties will include customer liaison, dealing with invoice queries, allocation of cash, raising credit notes and copy invoices, and assisting with purchase ledger and credit control as required. Good IT skills, to include a working knowledge of Excel and Sage 200 would be an advantage, along with excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
Hours: 40 per week, Monday-Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm, Friday 8.00am-4.00pm.
