We currently have a vacancy for a skilled IT Technician to provide helpdesk/technical support for our 130 staff. Duties will include day to day maintenance and installation of servers, printers, desktop pc's and Mac's. A working knowledge of Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems, Active Directory, DNS, networking and Microsoft Office products is required, although support will be available from other members of the IT team.
Hours: 40 per week Monday-Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm, Friday 8.00am-4.00pm

Italian Speaking Customer Service Executive
Due to continued expansion, we currently have an opportunity for a full-time office based Customer Service Executive with fluent written and spoken Italian, and an ability to absorb technical information, to join our busy Customer Service Team based in Spilsby.
Specific duties will involve supporting customers in Italy with queries, speaking with customers on the telephone and corresponding by e-mail, advising on delivery dates and offering advice and guidance on our wide range of products in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.
The ideal candidate will have good IT skills and a working knowledge of computerised office and contact management systems. As we are trading throughout the world, and also have sales staff in France and Germany, a working knowledge of other languages, particularly French and German, would be of interest, but not essential.
Hours: 40 per week, Monday-Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm, Friday 8.00am-4.00pm.

Sales & Business Development Executive - Based in Italy
Living and working in Italy, preferably in the Milan area, you will report directly to our International Sales and Marketing Director who is based in the UK, and it will be your job to:
- Introduce our range of products throughout Italy.
- Develop the market.
- Target new customers, build relationships and offer on-going customer support.
On a day to day basis, you will have administrative and web support from fluent Italian speakers in the UK customer service office.
Our product range is of a technical nature and you will learn to deal with a range of products to suit different heat seal application parameters, fabrics and wash processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a sales and marketing background
- Experience with direct B2B sales
- Be a start-up person
- Local market knowledge, preferable but not essential
- Fluent Italian, both spoken and written
- Good standard of spoken English
- Valid driving licence
